Dr. Pam: Biography
Member of the International Leadership Team
Global Training and Research Leader
Dr. Pam is a member of the International Leadership Team and the Global Training and Research Leader for All Nations. In these roles, she oversees All Nations’ daily operations, as well as the training, preparation, and ongoing education and coaching for All Nations missionaries currently serving in 42 countries.
Dr. Pam joined All Nations in 1996, serving as a church planter and Bible translator in Central Asia, where she also taught English. She was appointed Director of Training and a member of the board of All Nations North America in 2006. She designed All Nations’ Church Planting Experience that prepares All Nations missionaries for service, and took on her current role in 2016.
Dr. Pam received a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from George Washington University in Washington, DC (1993), and a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from the University of Texas at Arlington (1996), where she later earned a Doctorate in Linguistics (2015).
In addition to her work with All Nations, Dr. Pam also travels widely to teach about missions and train missionaries with other organizations. She lives in Kansas City, Mo.
