Pam spent ten years in Central Asia as a church planter and Bible translator working among a previously unengaged people group. Along with others, she was able to help lead people to Jesus and train them to lead their own churches. The local believers have, in turn, shared Jesus with others and also raised up other leaders. Pam’s heart is to train and send church planters to share Jesus with other unreached people groups: those who would never have any chance in their lives to hear about Him. To this end, she trains and coaches disciples who make disciples based on simple Biblical and research based best practices.
The desire of Ruth’s heart is to communicate the revelation of being one with God in Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit to everyone she encounters. She uses her background in business, technology, education, and cross-cultural work to enhance All Nations’ training, coaching and communications. Ruth, and her late husband, Tony, have spent their lives mentoring others in small groups – Boy Scouts, community service, and classrooms at home and abroad.
After a college service trip to a Brazilian children’s home in 2010, Skylar’s desire to see Jesus transform hearts and nations was set ablaze. After working as a retail manager for a couple of years, she joined All Nations in 2014 at the North America hub in the roles of development and administration. In her current role on the Global Working Team, she strives to build bridges among people and projects through administration and communications so that Jesus can strategically accomplish His Great Commission through All Nations.
Peggy came to All Nations Family after being a longtime friend and partner. Her first career was in the 1st grade classroom. Her second career began with coordinating Perspectives classes, volunteering with Wycliffe and Wycliffe Associates and working in a local church’s missions department. These years of learning and travel taught her much about the challenges of missionaries. To see Jesus worshipped among all peoples, Peggy wants to help send strategically and care for workers on the field well. As Global Advocate, Peggy will work to develop and sustain healthy partnerships between goers, senders, home churches and agencies.
